ORIGINAL WORKS OF ART
All original art pieces are fulfilled directly by Philtered Studios. The buyer must provide Philtered Studios with personal information (i.e. payment information, name, address, email, etc.) in order to make a purchase. Philtered Studios must provide the shipping provider with some customer data in order to complete the sale. By purchasing an original piece of art the buyer agrees to and accepts these terms.

FINE ART PURCHASES
All Fine Art orders are fulfilled directly by Philtered Studios. The buyer must provide Philtered Studios with personal information (i.e. payment information, name, address, email, etc.) in order to make a purchase. The prints are obtained from Bestcanvas Inc. and shipped directly to the customer. Philtered Studios must provide some customer data to Bestcanvas Inc. in order to complete the sale. By purchasing a Fine Art item, the buyer agrees to and accepts these terms.

APPAREL, HOMEWARE, ACCESSORIES PURCHASES
Apparel, homeware, and accessory product orders are fulfilled through Teespring Inc. or Redbubble. Upon clicking the link for a specific product in one of these categories, the buyer will be directed to the appropriate page on one of these sites. By purchasing from a third-party site, the buyer is agreeing to third-party vendor's terms as stated on their website.
